As women we have so much on our plate. The list of job titles and duties we have could go on forever. It gets stressful!
Here are some tips and tricks you can utilized when you are feeling overwhelmed. I asked a few clients and friends what they did when they felt this way. These wise women had some amazing ideas to share.
Talk to those you can trust. A lot of times even if they give their opinion or not it helps to get your thoughts together.
Take a hot bath with lavender and valor essential oils. Maybe grab a book!
Curl up on the couch and pet your dog. They are woman’s best friend too!
Book a massage!
Take deep breathes and continue to repeat to that you refuse to be overwhelmed.
Make a list and focus on what you can complete. Then things don't seem so overwhelming. Sometimes things seems larger than they really are so tackling a list helps make it smaller.
Taking a walk or a nap.
