Happy birthday Milaina
2 years ….. Already?! I can’t believe it’s been two years since I gave birth my to sweet baby girl. So many things have changed, I’ve changed. Her arrival and presence in our lives has helped me grown so much . I am so grateful for the lessons I have learned. I know now more than ever that I am fearless, strong, and loving . All mamas are! I am so happy that this experience led me to want to support other women in their journey, whatever that may be. Of course today I am remembering my birthing day. I am thankful for my fabulous husband, who was my rock during those hard hours of labor. A constant source of love and compassion. Im thankful for a midwife who respected and honored me during my time with her. For being at a hospital where i felt safe and not defensive. I am also thankful for my church family who knew I was Laboring that Palm Sunday and kept me in prayer.
